Cider Mill
Fall--my favorite time of year! One of the best parts of fall is going to the cider mill. We didn't actually pick our own apples but we did sample some of the best that Yates Cider Mill had to offer: fresh cinnamon sugar donuts, caramel apples, coffee, and cider of course. It was a gorgeous fall morning, and it was one of the best Sunday mornings we have had together as a family in a long time!
There were goats, llamas, sheep, and a random cow for our viewing pleasure. Nolin preferred to watch them from his stroller--up close not so much. He kept calling them all "dog." He also liked watching the other kids have a pony ride and really wanted to climb the fence to get to the horsies.
After the mill we stopped by a roadside veggie stand and got some corn and yellow beans..ahh end of summer goodies at it's finest!
Let me share the day with you:
