Lud's 30th Bday
My hubby is 30 years old now! I can't believe it. Well, all I can say is better him than me, ha!
Nolin and I went and had lunch with him in Windsor because I had the day off.
We had scallops for dinner and Nolin absolutely loved it! He ate two all by himself :)
Speaking of Nolin's eating these days, he has definitely been working on developing a finer palate...like olives, crab, Camembert cheese, crepes...one day this will all be used against him if he becomes a picky eater!
Later that night we had apple turnovers with an apple cinnamon rum sauce that I made and he blew out his celebratory candles. Wonder what he wished for?!In a couple of weeks we are going somewhere for a birthday surprise...pictures to follow--stay tuned!
