One Week

Wow, how time flies! We have been home from the hospital since Tuesday.
It is the first time I've been on the computer since.
Haven't been feeling up to it.

I've gotten adjusted to breastfeeding for the most part. It is a 24-hour job!
He is eating really well and has learned the art of Latching-On. On another note, who would have thought that breastfeeding doesn't come natural to either the mom or baby?!

I've been on a bit of an emotional roller-coaster. But I think that is to be expected after having surgery and working on very little sleep.

Nolin had his first doctor appointment on Thursday. He has re-gained almost all of his birth weight--the doctor was very impressed. But, it is kind of to be expected, that boy sure has an appetite! Speaking of weight, we are still a bit shocked that after weeks of talk that our baby was going to be "big" he turned out to weigh only 7 lbs! As advanced as ultrasounds are--they aren't very.

Luda's mom, Lucie came into town this weekend to visit. She has cooked for us and helped us out a ton.

Here are a couple of pictures:
