Late Summer--err I mean early Fall post
I guess it's fall already.
I really don't know where the summer went! At least the weather has been hot enough to feel like summer. Today we went to the park with a splash pad and I figured that there would not be any water games, but I was wrong! So the kids played in their clothes and I scrounged up some clean clothes in the diaper bag and we were good to go. At the end of this post there will be some pics of our day.
Since I cut back at work from full-time to part-time I am getting some more quality time in with the little ankle biters :P I am off every Thursday, Friday
It's been really fun.
Nolin took swimming lessons and started loving it in the end. He moved up to the big-kid room at daycare. He is starting to know when he is speaking in french or english, which is a big moment for us! The terrible threes are underway in a big way. He's been testing his limits to say the least.
Tessa is still really sweet. Independent. She is starting to talk a little bit more. Just single words mostly. I love to dress her up and brush her curly hair!!
The kids have a new cousin now! Her name is Kate and she was born September 2, 7 lbs to Theo and Vicki who are the happiest new parents in the world. The kids see pictures of her but do not really understand. Nolin asks if she has grown up yet!!
