Catch Up

This summer so far has, as usual flown by! 

Some things we have done is make a big garden, play in the sandbox, plenty of park and splash pad time and make lots of trips to Michigan  to see friends and family.

I just started working part time and I will work 2 and 3 day weeks so I can spend more time with the kiddos and pooches... maybe get some housework done☺ 

some updates:

Nolin has been potty trained since December. I feel like I forgot to post this wonderful information earlier. Although every night after we put him down he gets up once or twice to "go peepee" but magically doesn't  have to go. His favorite  shows are Paw Patrol, Bob the Builder and Fireman Sam. His favorite game to play is fireman and he calls Remote and Stix his firedogs! He eats everything and anything and it is a pleasure to watch. Last night at Fish n Chips restaurant  he ate a roll with butter and put vinegar on everything including his fish and grilled cheese-then dipped it in tartar sauce!

Tessa has been sleeping 12 hour nights without interruption and we can just read her a book, lay her down and of course give her kisses and she puts herself to sleep. She is growing fast and is proving to have quite the personality! She loves to laugh and smile and she has the curliest hair (don't know where it came from?!). She is learning to speak more and can say no, more, mine, blueberry (she can eat an entire pint herself) baby, dog, uh oh. Unfortunately she is in the not sharing toys and hitting phase...that will pass.
