Well April came quickly, and it is already almost gone! Mine and Remi's b-day crept up this year--I turned 29 and he turned 7 years old this year, wow!
As for me, I've been home with the kiddos for the past 11 weeks and next week I will be going back to work! I have plenty of mixed emotions going back this time around. Luda officially started his leave from work (12 weeks as well).
Nolin has been growing so fast lately. He is picking up words and phrases and really remembering people's names. He is learning to count, and he is a pro at climbing on his playscape in the backyard all by himself. He has mini yard tools to work with his papa, and really loves to play outside. He loves going to the library to see "fends" and "fishies" and the "choo-choo train." He is an eating machine and will eat just about anything we put in front of him. Every morning he wants to watch his papa make a smoothie and coffee.
He got another haircut last week at Kids Kuts and loved it! He sat in a blue airplane chair and watched Dora all while getting his haircut--he is already asking to go back.
Tessa is an absolute doll baby. She continues to be super chill and easy, hardly cries or fusses. She only wakes up once per night--and it has happened a few times that she has slept through the whole night completely (knock on wood). She is smiling and cooing. Nolin has made her laugh in the bathtub already! :)
