We're Back!

Bad! I have been so bad at posting lately. Call it summer business, procrastination....whatever you want but I have not been up to my usual posting habits. I am in desperate need of a tablet I have decided, because having Nolin sitting in the same room as me while I sit down to blog on our desktop is just not practical! Technology is calling me people...

Anyway, these past few weeks Nolin has mastered running around the house and yard. He loves to walk outside up and down the sidewalk--especially to look at all of the construction trucks. TRUCKS! His favorite thing. His grammy bought him some new truck toys and books and that is about all we talk about around here! I've even learned the difference between an excavator and a telehandler--lol who would have thought!

Nolin's first real word besides mamma and bapa (papa) is Ball! He walks around with his soccer ball and tennis balls and says ball! He is also a little parrot and is starting to mimic what we say and how we say it. Like when I yell at the dogs he puts his little finger in the air and grunts the same sounds as what I must sound like. *Sigh* Looks like I'm going to have to start talking with a filter!!
